its an rst right, if so then yes cause its an old fox. if u have a large wrench like a 22mm use the circle side of that and just pry they will always come off they just have small groves holding them on

i got them off fine by tapping the screws. thanks for the help. but can you just pull the seals off? because i dont want to paint them.

instead of making the thread really long u can use something that will pry it out we used a long metal tire wrench

any bike can handle colonnade. people use all sorts of bikes to get the job done. a dj'er would be just fine. it will be able to handle most things there, except probably the techie rock garden sections. otherwise go for it

let me know if you need help workin on your track. im down to dig if i can ride it :] you shold do some elevated planks and stuff. i work in a warehouse so we have a ton of pallets that we can make stuff with. ill let you know if i find anything, im tired of driving to issaquah everytime i want to ride.

HAHAHAHA, that pic is cus laurie1 was being dumb and snooty, and posted a pic of her face on the internet for like 1 minute, another guy screenshotted it, then she went back to her legs only avatar. Well, the other guy she her headshot as his avatar, I screenshotted it, and made a shitty photoshop connection between her headshot and leg shot....SHE WAS PISSED. still remarks about me "stalking her" when all I did was take advantage of a situation that came up in a thread. I couldnt care less about her, unlike a lot of the horny 14 yr olds on here lol
